The Council on Aging of Clay County is dedicated to provide high quality services to the seniors of Clay County and we thank you for your interest. Our services ensure that Clay County Seniors live with dignity and independence. We appreciate and thank our donors, community supporters and volunteers who make these services possible.
Anyone who is 60 years of age or over is eligible to receive services. Although there is no financial means test for Clients who participate in programs funded by the Older Americans Act, we are mandated to target our services to those persons who are in the greatest economic and/or social need.
Services are provided through agreements with the Florida Department of Elder Affairs and ElderSource, the Northeast Florida Area Agency on Aging. Funding is made available through the Older Americans Act, The US Department of Agriculture, Community Care for the Elderly Program, the Clay County Board of County Commissioners, the Council on Aging of Clay County Board of Directors, and other local cash and in-kind support.
